Product Description

This oil is extracted through the extensive method of steam distillation from the fresh flower of anthemis nobilis which belongs to the Asteraceae family. It is also famous by the name of sweet chamomile, garden chamomile and English chamomile. In ancient time the Egyptians people used it as an herb in curing the fever and nervous related complaints. They also used it in perfumes, cosmetics and shampoos. This plant is mainly cultivated in the place of Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Morocco and France. It comes in clear light blue color and having a very sweet apple like aroma.

The best part of pure oil of Chamomile is that it is non toxic in nature and famous in all over world due to its amazing therapeutic properties. It is widely used in curing various problems such as indigestion, arthritis, allergies, abdominal pain, throat infections and many more.

Properties	This oil is light blue in color with watery viscosity.
Aroma	It has very sweet and fruity fragrance.
Integrants	The main components of this oil are y-terpinene, 1,8-cineole, a-pinene, b-pinene, sabinene, myrcene, caryophyllene, camphene,and propyl angelate and butyl angelate.
Therapeutic Properties	It is popular due to its amazing properties which are anti-spasmodic, antiseptic, antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, anti-infectious, anti-depressant, anti-neuralgic, antiphlogistic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, bactericidal, carminative, cholagogue, cicatrisant, emmenagogue, febrifuge, hepatic, sedative, nervine, digestive, tonic, sudorific, stomachic, vermifuge and vulnerary.
Blends Well With	It blends well with bergamot, lavender, jasmine, tea tree, rose, clary sage, geranium, grape fruit, lemon and ylang-ylang.
Precautions	This oil is non toxic but it should be avoided by the pregnant women.
