 Minimises Cholesterol Levels: Owing to the rich presence of omega 3 fatty acids, flax seed oil helps to reduce the level of LDL (good cholesterol) as well as maintains proper HDL level within the blood along with a proper diet. Add 4-5 drops of Flax seed oil in salads or hot beverages to enjoy a healthy state of heart.

 
Relieves Inflammation: Add 3-4 drops of flax seed oil in a carrier oil like jojoba or olive oil and apply over the inflammatory portion. The warmth of flax seed oil helps to quickly reduce pain and inflammation of joints and muscles.
 
Arthritis: The presence of alpha- linolenic acid (AHA) in Flax seed oil helps to minimize pain and stiffness associated with arthritis to improves mobility. Just massage gently by blending with a carrier oil in 2-3% dilution.
 
Bowel Health: Dilute 2-3 drops of Flax seed oil in hot tea or other preferred beverage to get relief from inflammatory bowel disorders such as colitis and Crohn’s disease.
 
Minimize risk of Cardiovascular Diseases: ALA present in Flax seed oil is known as a potent cardio-protective. Regular consumption of 2-3 drops of Flax seed oil with salads or beverages helps to minimize the possibility of heart attacks, low blood pressure and irregular heartbeat. 
 
Prevent Dry Eyes Syndrome: Make a solution of Flax seed oil with choice of carrier oil in 2% dilution. Apply this solution around the eyes to relieve the condition of dry eye syndrome.
 
Healthy and Shiny Hair: Take Add regular hair oil and add 2-3 drops of Flax seed oil in it. Regularly apply this blend over the scalp and hair to attain hair growth, eliminate dandruff and prevent hair fall.
