Ginger Oil

Ginger root is used for different purposes and can be consumed as spice, medicine and delicacy. Ginger oil is commonly used essential oil nowadays. Its extraction is done from the plant Zingiberaceae officinale. It belongs to Zingiberaceae family. Ginger produces clusters of pink and white flower buds that bloom into flowers.  It is regarded as the fragrant and hot kitchen spice. They are juicy, fleshy and have mild taste. Apart from that, it is also a prominent component of many cuisines.

Since ancient times, Ginger oil has been in use for its soothing and healing properties and hence its uses are always in limelight. It has been cultivated over the centuries just because of its medicinal properties. In various parts of world, it is regarded as the prominent ingredient of tea, juices and many alcoholic beverages. Its non toxic and fibrous properties has substantiated its use for flavoring dishes like vegetarian cuisines, goat meat and sea food. In the recent few years, its use has boosted immensely.
