Cardamom seeds are used to prepare the Cardamom Extra absolute oil. The “cardamom" word is derived from the Latin of cardamomum and belongs to the Ziniberaceae family. It is extensively used for the cooking purpose and adding flavors in teas, infusions and tinctures. The cardamom comes in three types which are black cardamom, Madagascar cardamom and green cardamom. The green cardamom is one of the most precious spices and used for various purposes. In Northern Europe, white cardamom is extensively used for baked season goods like muffins, buns and cookies. On the other side, In Middle East the cardamom seeds are mixed with the green coffee beans before preparing.
