Linden Blossom Absolute Oil is exclusively derived from the blossoms and twigs of linden tree through a solvent extraction method. It is native to Northern-Hemisphere that belongs to the Tiliaceae family. It grows up to the height of 20 to 40 meters, with oblique-cordate leaves. In the British Isles, it is commonly known as lime tree. It is also known by the name of basswood.
