Precautions

Arthritic Pain: Dilute 2 drops of wintergreen oil in 10 ml of carrier oil (preferably Almond or Apricot). Apply this blend over the painful body part to minimize pain associated with arthritis.

Dandruff: Add a single drop of wintergreen oil to your regular oil or shampoo. Apply over hair and scalp as usual. Repeating it 3-4 times a week will effectively moisturize scalp to eradicate dandruff.

Acne: Use sparingly or diluted as a facial cleanse. Take a drop of wintergreen oil and apply over acne before bed. Regular application of this oil will treat acne in a natural manner.

Hypertension: Apply a single drop of wintergreen oil to sole, back of neck
