Precautions

Always avoid during pregnancy.

Arthritis: Prepare a blend of parsley seed essential oil and carrier oil in 1:1 ratio. Massage this blend gently over painful joints to minimize pain, swelling and inflammation arising from arthritis or rheumatism.

Indigestion: Add 3-4 drops of parsley seed essential oil in your diet to alleviate various types of gastrointestinal problems such as stomach pain and indigestion.
